Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program in short

• You share your unique referral link. When someone new signs up through it and pays for their first PTS Wizard subscription, you earn a one-time commission of 25% of that first payment.
• The commission is paid once, per referred customer — not on renewals, upgrades, or future payments.
• Only direct (Level-1) referrals qualify. You do not earn on the referrals made by people you referred.
• Your referred friend also starts stronger: they receive +3 bonus scans on their first payment.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a valid PTS Wizard account and provide valid payout details for PayPal (email) or Revolut (Revtag, phone, or email) to receive payouts.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country and receive payments there.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family of PTS Wizard may participate but may not refer themselves (see §7).

3. How referrals are tracked

• Attribution is first-touch: a new user is credited to the referral link stored on their device at the time they sign up, within a 30-day window from their first click.
• If the referred user arrives without a valid, in-window referral link at signup, or already had a PTS Wizard account, no commission is earned.
• We rely on our own tracking records, which are final for determining attribution and amounts.

4. When a commission is earned

• A commission is created only when the referred user's first subscription invoice is actually paid (money cleared) — not on signup, trial, or a free plan.
• Commission = 25% of the amount the referred user paid on that first invoice (after any discount, before payment-processor fees), in EUR.
• Exactly one commission is possible per referred customer, ever.

5. Holding period & clawbacks

• Every commission is held pending for 10 days before it becomes payable. This covers refunds and disputes.
• A commission is voided (you are not paid, or it is deducted from your balance) if, at any time, the referred customer's qualifying payment is refunded, charged back, or disputed, or if we determine the referral breached these Terms.
• A referred customer simply cancelling their subscription (without a refund) does not void your commission — you keep it.

6. Payments

• Payouts are made by PayPal or Revolut, at your choice, to the payout details on your account.
• Payouts are issued when your approved balance reaches at least €50. Balances below the threshold roll over until they do.
• Payout runs happen approximately every 10 days (about three runs per month). Your commission becomes payable at the first run after its 10-day hold matures, once the €50 threshold is met. Keeping valid payout details current is your responsibility; we are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect address you provided.
• Taxes: you are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive. Commissions are paid gross.

7. Prohibited conduct (voids commissions & may close your account)

• Self-referral — referring yourself, or using your own additional/alternate accounts, cards, or household to claim commissions.
• Fraud & manipulation — fake, incentivized, or bot signups; cookie-stuffing; forced clicks; misrepresenting the source of a referral.
• Misleading or unlawful promotion — in particular, no promises or implications of profit, income, guaranteed results, or trading returns. PTS Wizard is chart-analysis software, not financial advice, and your promotion must say so and must not claim otherwise.
• Spam — unsolicited email/DMs, or posting your link where prohibited.
• Brand misuse — impersonating PTS Wizard, using our name/logo in a way that implies you are us, running paid ads that bid on our brand name/domain, or creating look-alike sites, accounts, or checkout pages.
• Coupon/discount abuse — combining your link with unauthorized discounts.

Commissions connected to prohibited conduct are forfeited, and we may reverse prior payouts obtained in breach.

8. Changes & termination

• We may change the commission rate, threshold, holding period, or any part of the program, or end the program, at any time. Material changes apply going forward; commissions already approved before a change are honored under the prior terms.
• You may leave at any time. We may suspend or remove any Affiliate, withhold or reverse commissions, and disable links for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse.

9. Relationship of the parties

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint-venturer of PTS Wizard. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own conduct and content.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• The program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, conversions, or earnings.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the program is limited to the unpaid, approved commissions owed to you at the time a claim arises.
