This policy explains what personal data PTS Wizard ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the PTS Wizard app, website, and Analysis API.
PTS Wizard provides AI-generated trading-chart analysis through a mobile/web app and an API. For data-protection purposes we are the controller of the account and usage data described below. For questions or requests, contact the account email on file.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your submitted charts to train third-party models.
We share the minimum necessary data with vetted providers who process it only on our instructions:
If you connect exchange keys on execution tiers, they are used only to place orders you explicitly authorise. On mobile, keys are held in the device's secure storage. On the web build, connected keys are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device — treat the web build as best suited to analysis and monitoring, and prefer the mobile app for holding live-trading keys. Use keys scoped to trading only (never withdrawal), and revoke them at your exchange at any time.
Some processors above operate outside your country (including the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Subject to your local law, you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise a right, contact the account email on file; we will respond within the timeframe your law requires. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
We use encryption in transit, row-level access controls so accounts can only reach their own data, hashed API keys, and server-side handling of privileged operations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data proportionately to its sensitivity.
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
